Existing 5 bedroom Georgian house requiring restoration, refurbishment and extension to suit the client’s requirements.

Brief

To design a classic contemporary family home, incorporating the period features and existing architectural details of the house. Proposed design and layout not to be dictated by the existing layout of the house. Each of the bedrooms to have en suite facilities.

Scope

Working alongside the architect, sub contractors and trades on the fixed contract. To include designing the space / room layouts, lighting and electrical plans, bathroom designs and bespoke fitted and free standing furniture and specifying fireplaces, ironmongery and total supply and fit of all soft furnishing works to include flooring, wall treatments, furniture, including beds, decorative lighting and window treatments.

YOUNG AND ECLECTIC

Existing 5 bedroom period property requiring restoration, refurbishment and extension.

Brief

To create a 5 bedroom home, all bedrooms to be en suite. To reflect the young client’s lifestyle influenced by their travels across the globe and a keen eye for colour.

To discreetly house futuristic sound, media and technology, heating and security systems.

Scope

Working as a sub contractor alongside the architect and all trades on the fixed contract.

To include designing the space / room layouts, lighting and electrical plans, bathroom and kitchen designs and bespoke fitted and free standing furniture and specifying fireplaces, ironmongery. Project managing all soft furnishing works to include flooring, wall treatments, furniture, including beds, decorative lighting and window treatments. To source eclectic pieces of furniture from unusual sources.

COASTAL RETREAT

Existing 4 bedroom detached property sadly neglected with an interior reflecting the 1960s!

Brief

To take inspiration from the coastal location and create a New England look inspired by the new wooden clad exterior.

Scope

Project managing the fixed contract to include the design of internal and external lighting and electrical plans, furniture layouts, fitted joinery, bathrooms and bespoke fireplaces and specifying ironmongery. Project managing all soft furnishing works to include flooring, wall treatments, furniture, including beds, decorative lighting and window treatments. To incorporate some of the client’s existing furnishing that were re upholstered and given decorative paint effects by a specialist painter.
