Myriam came along for the first time with an existing client to browse around our showroom during our Christmas Week event  and entered our prize draw to win a designer gift.  Myriam was delighted to receive her gift.

It involved many talented mainly North West artists (www.canvasforyouth.co.uk) to raise money for a local youth charity. The Youth Federation, delivers projects in some of the most disadvantage areas in the community, supporting young people throughout Cheshire, Halton, Warrington and Wirral www.youthfed.org.uk. The grand total raised was £10k which was a fantastic achievement.

The event was opened by HRH The Duke of Gloucester and took place at the prestigeous new Art Building at the Hartford Campus of Mid Cheshire College involving around 30 artists.  Children from local schools were also involved in the very exciting event.

A main part of the event was the ‘Mystery Wall’. Around 100 A5 canvases were painted by local school children, signed on the reverse and hung with a further 50, painted by the exhibiting artists and others.  They were all displayed on a wall together and sold for £30.
